There are two things that are occupying whatever free time I have. Pinterest and Polyvore.

Pinterest is a virtual inboard where you can organize and share the beautiful rings that you like. You can use it to organize your home, put together an event, make a wish list, plan a wedding, save your quotable quotes, find your style, etc. For somebody like me who’s visual, this website is heaven. I can just pin things that I like when I’m in a hurry and just go back to my pinboard at a later date to go through those pins in detail. It has been particularly useful during the holidays. I have posted wish lists for the family, that way family and friends can take a peak and decide which they would gift.

Another website is Polyvore. According to it’s about page… “Polyvore is the web’s largest community of tastemakers where people can discover their style and set trends around the world. Trendseekers and shoppers alike come to Polyvore to discover the hottest brands, products, trends and looks.” You can clip individual items kind of like Pinterest in this instance. What makes it different from Pinterest though is its virtual styling tool where you can create looks or what they call sets. Lastly, like most things these days, you can share them to your favorite social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter.
